At his two week appointment, Nelson weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long. He is a BIG boy. He is in the 25th percentile for height and weight for a FULL TERM BABY! That means he is doing spectacularly well.
Ernesto, Graham and I are adjusting to the new dominant family member. Nelson is up every two hours at night to feed--just like his brother was! Ernesto gives Nelson one bottle every day to buy Momma a little more sleepy time.
Graham likes to watch when I change his diaper, and does NOT like it when Nelson wears a hat. He has to take it off him EVERY time. He wants to pick Nelson up a lot, so we can never leave the two of them alone in a room together. Graham also thinks Nelson's swing is HIS, so he is always signing "all done" at Nelson in the swing so we can take Nelson out and Graham can go in it.
Graham also will sign to us that he wants to hold Nelson, then he "hugs him and squeezes him" and signs "all done" and would shove Nelson off him if we would let him.
Overall, life in the Arteta household is fantastic. We love our BOYS!
