Abuela bought them matching shirts and they both had black cords...so I thought I would try and get a good one of them together....THOUGHT, is the key word!

Go Bananas!

Go Bananas is a small, indoor amusement park with 6 rides, climbing equipment games and a bouncy. .

Tactical error: Nelson should NOT have gone on the roller coaster! He wouldn't ride anything else after that.

Graham loves everything. He was afraid of nothing. He learned how to make this ride climb high in the air and kept saying--AGAIN!

Graham held Nelson's hand (without Momma asking him to) all the way from the park to the car. Nelson was fine with it as long as he has his other hand to eat his pop tart with!

Gitterle history

We did some research on my father's family and turns out his great grandfather played an important role in Union history.

The Union Miners Cemetery is linked to an episode in the strike known as "The Virden Riot," in which four Mt. Olive men (and still others from nearby towns) were killed in a shoot out with mine guards on October 10, 1898, as a train carrying 180 black strike-breakers recruited from the south, attempted to pass through a band of armed strikers, and reach safety within a fortified stockade at Virden. Joseph Gitterle was massacred in the riot.
