NELSON IS ONE YEAR OLD!!
Nelson is one year old. What an amazing addition to our family. He is the happiest, sweetest, loudest baby ever. We can't imagine our lives without him!
He's 17 Lbs 12 ounces & 28.5 inches long. He's very small by normal standards and has to go to the doctor in 6 weeks to make sure he's gaining weight. Ernesto and I think he eats all the time!
For comparison: Graham was 18 lbs 6 oz. and 27.5 inches.

OUR CONDO FINALLY SOLD!!
Momma and Daddy are thrilled that our condo finally sold after 14 months of being on the market! Keep your fingers crossed that our buyer's financing holds until October 31st--our close date!
